Along the TNP
A mainline freight on the Tech Nickel Plate railroad sweeps by the main yard in Tuckertown as an SW-7 drills on the yard lead. The Tech Nickel Plate (say it fast) was the product of the Tech Model Railroad Club of MIT. Since this photo was taken when I was in the club back in 1976, its home, Building 20 (a "temporary" building constructed during WWII) has been demolished and replaced by the state of the art Stata Center. The club has relocated to the MIT Museum and the railroad has been rebuilt.
