This looks like Durango but it's actually Flint, Michigan. The Huckleberry Railroad is operated by the Genesee County Parks and Rec Commission; in conjunction with a heritage museum known as Crossroads Village. The four-mile 3'-gauge line rosters two steamers, both of which are seen in this photo.
Close to the camera is former Rio Grande #453, one of only two K-27's in operation (the other is on the Cumbres and Toltec). In the rear is former Alaska Railroad 4-60- #152.
